arugula and wasabi in the house

arugula in the house
Wasabi Arugula Mayonnaise adapted from
1/2cup cup arugula, chopped
1/3 cup mayonnaise
4tsp mirin or sweet sherry
4tsp rice vinegar
1tbsp prepared wasabi
1tsp sesame oil
1/4tsp salt
In food processor, purée together arugula, mayonnaise, mirin, vinegar, wasabi, sesame oil and salt. Transfer to bowl.
arugula mayonnaise
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup (packed) coarsely chopped arugula leaves
1 Tbsp minced shallot
1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp grated lemon peel
mix mayonnaise, chopped arugula, shallot, parsley and lemon peel in small bowl. season with salt and pepper.
