antipasti:basic instinct

we never 'snacked' until we developed an addiction 2 internet/stopped eating leisurely sitatthe table meals. something had2be done::: @ 97lbs in full armor. we're having a few doritos now: with yogurt and a bit of champagne.
Peanut Butter & Chocolate Cottage Cheese
A protein packed, delicious snack that can be eaten as breakfast, dessert or both.
1 packet Splenda
1/3 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp smooth peanut butter
1/2 cup cottage cheese
In a dessert bowl, add all ingredients together and mix until evenly blended.
