Coke Brownies Meghan Carter

"Coke Brownies"
any kind of brownie mix
one 12-oz. can of Coke
Preheat the oven to 350° F. Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix ingredients together in a bowl until smooth, about three minutes. Pour the batter. Cook about 30 to 35 minutes or until the toothpick (or knife) comes out clean. You can substitute the Coke for diet Coke, 7-UP, Cherry 7-UP, Pepsi, Mountain Dew, Orange Crush, etc. It does take a while for the brownies to completely cool down, about twenty minutes. Also, when I used diet cherry Coke for this recipe, I found that soda flavor sank to the bottom, but it still was excellent. Just a warning: have milk next to you because the brownies are thick and rich and delicious.
