Easy microwave brownies
1/2 c Butter
1 c Sugar2 Eggs1 ts Vanilla extract1/2 c Unsweetened Cocoa1/2 c FlourBlend marg & sugar till creamy. Add eggs & vanilla. Beat well. Add dry ingredients. Mix until well blended. Pour into greased & sugared round glass cake pan. Microwave on HIGH for 4 1/2 to 5 minutes, or 8 to 9 minutes on 50% power. (will be slightly moist on top when done, and the brownie will come away from the sides of the pan.)
MICROWAVE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
1/4 c. oil
1 c. dark brown sugar, packed
2 eggs1 tsp. vanilla1 1/2 c. Bisquick1/2 c. chocolate chips1/4 c. chopped nutsStir sugar, eggs and vanilla into oil. Blend until lumpsdissolve. Stir in Bisquick until blended. Fold in chocolatechips and nuts.
Double Chocolate Brownie Pancakes2 cups pancake mix3 T. unsweetened cocoa2 T. granulated sugar1 1/2 c. water1/3 c. walnuts1/4 c. semisweet chocolate chipsCombine pancake mix, cocoa and sugar in large bowl. Stir in water with wire wisk until large lumps disappear. Add walnuts and chocolate chips. Stir until evenly mixed. Let batter rest for 5 minutes. Cook according to package directions.You could try foiding them over chocolate chips, whipped cream, nuts & chocolate syrup.

3/4 c. butter, softened
1 tbsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. all purpose flour
1 pkg. (6 oz.) semi sweet chocolate chips
1 c. chopped pecans, optional
Confectioners' sugar
In large mixer bowl; combine butter, water, vanilla, almond extract, sugar and salt. Stir in flour, pecans if desired and chocolate chips to form a stiff dough. Divide dough into quarters. Divide each quarter into 10 to 12 pieces and shape into 1-inch balls. On round microwave proof plate, arrange 6 balls in a circle. Microwave on high approximately 1 1/2 minutes until cookies are set.If they seem to be baking unevenly, try them on a microwave trivet. Cool on wire racks. Repeat with remaining cookies. Roll in confectioners' sugar. Makes approximately 3 to 3 1/2 dozen.
